Commonplace Books is a bookstore that was started by a group of friends who shared the dream to open a bookshop that was different from other book sellers. They take pride in having a space that cultivates a flourishing environment of open minds and excitement, as well as people’s relationships with the books they read. When I think of a bookstore, I think of cozy, warm vibes, dark wood, coffee, and, of course, books. There aren’t many places you can get those things, especially not all at once. Except for bookstores. Thus, the idea “There’s nothing common about commonplace books” came to life.
